The growth and yield explicit system for the Cooperativa Integradora Forestal, in Zacualpan, Veracruz, was developed because it haven´t a studies that predicted timber growth to schedule harvests and financially evaluate the plantations. The data was obtained from two consecutive re-measurements of 50 permanents plots under a system stratifie sampling by age for patula pine. The dasometric record was made in rectangular plots, of 400 m2, each of the sites consisting of three to five plots per age oscillating between 3 and 21 years. The system uses a simultaneous adjustment of the components via apparently unrelated regression and two models for the estimate of basal area per ha. The explicit adjustment suggests that the technical turn in volume is reached at 20 years in the average site. Comparing these results with those obtained in pure stands repopulated naturally of P. patula in Zacualtipán, Hidalgo where the technical turn is also given at 20 years in the average site has a yield of 250m3 / ha against 420 m3 / ha estimated in the plantations at the age of 20 years.
