With this research I intend to expose the importance of sustainability in an agricultural venture in Tuxpan, Ver., developed in an SME that makes and markets cheese. These ventures that become SMEs are a trigger in the work region, cheese making is one of the most basic products and is an important part of the daily diet of hundreds of families, with which the undertaking of cowboys in the region They take advantage of having cattle to be able to market this product. This research develops an instrument with which to identify entrepreneurship and the areas where it needs support as well as sustainability in an agricultural venture.
