In this study, the pollen analysis of honeys five different geographic areas of the state of Hidalgo, through acetolítico method was performed. Honey Orizatlán pollen Citrus was found in highest percentage with 12.1% which is monofloral, honey Acaxochitlán, El Arenal and Huehuetla due to its diversity of pollen and no pollen predominated over 45% are multiflowered, Tasquillo honey and according to the presence of pollen type Jungals 22% corresponds to a honey honeydew. Significant differences (p <0.05) in the content of pollen grains were found, honey Huehuetla which presented higher content of pollen grains in 10g of honey and honey 4989 Tasquillo, only 824 pollen grains per 10g of honey. So the state of Hidalgo produces various types of honey due to its botanical biodiversity.
