Market and financial feasibility of a chipotle chile products company in Delicias, Chihuahua

Chihuahua is the leading producer of chipotle chili nationally, for its flavor it is one of the pampered palates of the world. Its consumption dates back to the pre-Hispanic era. This study aims to determine the feasibility of creating a company that produces products based on this chili, to know the preferences that families have in Delicias about it and its various presentations (in adobo, pickle, dry, etc.), in addition to the frequency of its consumption. It will try to position in the short term as a product of high quality, great taste and good price, being a responsible company, with values and friendly to the environment, in addition to being a source of employment in the community. It is a product that has a lot of acceptance and enjoys popularity. There are hundreds of dishes in our country that carry chipotle chili in their production, adding a special flavor that is not achieved with any other, since its smoking process gives it a peculiar flavor that is accepted and preferred by many. It is a business opportunity, as there are not many presentations of chipotle in adobo, only the world-famous in can, which is a very consumed and popular product internationally.
