Coli, since there were cases of piglets with diarrhea, the pens were selected and 35 samples were taken from affected piglets, the samples were taken to the laboratory to soon sow the samples in agar, leaving some to later observe them and perform tests such as catalase and oxidase, to finish with Gram staining to thoroughly analyze the identification of the bacteria, we had as a result of 35 samples that were taken, 27 came out positive for E coli.
