The need to plan strategically derives from the fact that every company operates in an environment that experiences constant internal and external changes. The above can have a positive or negative impact on each economic entity, as an effect of the correct way of applying their strategies.
According to the psychologist Abraham Maslow and his contribution on the pyramid of needs, to satisfy those needs of a social nature (of esteem or self-realization), the human being must have guaranteed those basic needs of a physiological type, related to food. The distributors of agrochemical products are in charge of supplying goods for the field in order to maintain the health and nutrition of the crops at an optimal cost for their clients, this with the objective of providing greater quality of the plantation to the final consumer. The present investigation carries out an analysis of the strategic planning that had the function of identifying the level of commercialization of three agrochemical distributors in Tuxpan, Veracruz, which allowed facilitating decision-making in the effective implementation of plans and strategies, with the purpose of improve commercial management.
