Abstract

For the feasibility study for a small counseling business and supply sales for family orchards project in the city of Delicias, Chihuahua, we were able to develop an economic viability plan of the company, publicity and commercialization of family orchards. As a first step we developed a market study towards Delicias, Chihuahua population, where the sample involved 400 head of households interviewed. Once we gathered this information we executed graphs and data analysis to determine the acceptance of the product and service; further on, a competence analysis was done with three companies in the city, resulting in a competitive advantage due to the quality of the product and complete variety offered to the families so they can complement their daily diet, aside from adapting this to the clients needs conjoined to the accessible price that the company offers with a possible midterm consult for the proper care of their product. We went ahead and created a mission, vision, values, organizational goals, a floor distribution, aside from a SWOT (Strengths Weaknesses Oppotunities and Threats) matrix and profitability review (Internal Rate of Return, Net Present Value, cost-benefit and balance point) for the possible creation of a small business.
