Abstract

Training is one of the fastest growing activities today, due to the constant change in the needs of the world that requires products, services or entertainment of the highest quality. It is also enhanced by the scientific development of the processes that training requires, through research and experimentation of the mechanisms that make up this process. Training is known as the activity through which organizations provide specific knowledge about an activity to an employee. Through this method, people are formed who are more self-confident, more apt to carry out the activities of their jobs and more motivated to carry out the activity for which they have been taken into account in companies. Nowadays, training is one of the most important activities of the organizational culture and is considered one of the practices that form the path to success of a company. Companies need to improve their work plans and above all the level of competitiveness and well-being in the organization, which is why it is necessary to integrate qualified personnel who have the correct training and all the necessary tools to be able to perform correctly in their work and in the same work environment that it generates, in turn, an increase in productivity inside and outside the organization.
