Effect of four composts enzyme from the slaughterhouse "planta frigorifico presidente Miguel Alemán Velasco" Acayucan, Veracruz in the culture of the Phaseolus vulgaris

The present study examined the effect of four enzymatic compost from the "Planta Frigorífico Presidente Miguel Aleman Velasco”, Acayucan, Veracruz, in the culture of the string beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L). We compared physical and performance variables. We used a randomized block design with six treatments and four replications: T1: rumen contents (CR) + meat waste (D) blood + (S) + Enzyme (E), T2: CR+S+E, T3: CR+D+H2O+E and T4: H20+CR+E, T5: Nitrofoska®, T6: Witness. The experiment was performed in 24 demonstration plots, obtaining a useful plot of 2,4m x 3m = 7,2 m2, making a total planting area of 172,80 m2. An analysis of variance and comparison of means by the Tukey method, using the program Statistica 7,0. In the comparison between blocks, the variables number of pods per plot, length and total weight of pods per plot (g) showed significant difference. The T2 (CR+S+E) showed the best results for the number of pods per plant and per plot, as well as grain yield per plant 34,33g, with a significant difference of p ≤ 0,0079. The total weight per plot was higher for Nitrofoska ® T5 with 209,39 g.
