Abstract

After the pandemic, without a doubt, the world economy has had a significant slowdown process, in several cases small and medium-sized PyMEs, even large ones, have decreased; This is why it is important to carry out a merely exploratory analysis that allows adequately knowing the trends of the country's economic sectors, mainly the primary sector, since it is considered to be the main supplier of raw materials for the rest. of the sectors. Two aspects are considered, on the one hand, organizational control, the way in which it is applied and to what extent; and on the other hand, once the organizational control has been applied, how important considering continuous improvement and if they have knowledge or apply it in their processes.

 

Undoubtedly in recent times it has become necessary to shelter quality in the different processes that make up the company, however, it has also been significantly submerged in the part of the control of organizations and the use of knowledge of the tools that exist to maintain continuous improvement, since it has been shown that by maintaining better and greater control in activities, it results in quality assurance, which allows small and medium-sized companies to be more competitive and strengthen in an increasingly global market.
